Job Overview
The Trainee CDC supports clinical data management to ensure high-quality data for client projects. Responsibilities align with regulatory and quality standards, focusing on data review and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basic data reviews and quality control procedures.
- Write and resolve data clarifications as directed by the Data Operations Coordinator.
- Meet project objectives assigned by the manager.
- Escalate issues to the Data Operations Coordinator or Group Manager.
- Understand and comply with core operating procedures and Data Management Plans.
- Maintain effective communication with the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, B.Sc, or equivalent in life sciences.
- Experience: 0–1 year (ideal for freshers).
Skills:
- Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving initiative.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with team and clients.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹3.0 Lakhs to ₹4.5 Lakhs per year (estimated, based on industry data).
- Take-Home Salary: ₹26,960–₹28,370 per month (approximate).
