Key Responsibilities
- Lead drug discovery programs from target validation to pre-clinical candidate (PCC).
- Manage and guide a team to ensure timely delivery of biology-related milestones.
- Develop, optimize, and validate in-vitro assays and screening.
- Drive strategic initiatives to build novel technology platforms and enhance disease area capabilities.
- CNS expertise is preferred.
Experience Required
📌 2-10 years of relevant scientific/discovery experience in in-vitro biology.
Qualifications
🎓 PhD in Life Sciences or a related field.
