About the Role
As part of our In-vivo Biology (Oncology) department, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to develop innovative therapies. This position involves working with cutting-edge tumor models and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive drug discovery projects forward. Based in Bengaluru, a hub for biotechnology and research, you will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive environment that fosters growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently conduct in-vivo efficacy studies using mouse models, including subcutaneous tumor xenografts, allografts, and humanized models.
- Perform precise dosing, tissue collection, and biomarker estimation to support research objectives.
- Execute advanced laboratory techniques, such as ELISA, protein western blotting, and mRNA analysis, with high accuracy.
- Maintain and culture cancer cell lines using stringent aseptic techniques to ensure reliable experimental outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to the success of preclinical drug discovery initiatives.
