Key Responsibilities
- Independently conduct in-vivo efficacy studies in mouse models, including subcutaneous tumor xenografts, allografts, and humanized models, covering dosing, tissue collection, and biomarker estimation.
- Perform hands-on techniques such as flow cytometry, protein western blotting, and mRNA analysis.
- Leverage experience in drug discovery or CRO settings, preferably in preclinical research.
- Demonstrate expertise in growing cancer cell lines in the laboratory using good aseptic techniques.
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring project milestones are met with high scientific rigor.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Ph.D. in Oncology or Immuno-Oncology.
- Experience: 2–5 years post-Ph.D., with a preference for drug discovery or CRO experience in a preclinical setting.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in in-vivo efficacy studies using mouse tumor models.
