We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Synthesis Department at Jubilant Biosys. As part of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects and a team of 10-30 chemists.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Handle multiple projects and lead a team of 10-30 chemists.
- Prepare and deliver weekly updates on ongoing projects.
- Communicate with clients in the telecom sector.
Synthesis & Characterization
- Synthesize, purify, and characterize novel chemical compounds.
- Conduct literature searches for synthetic routes of compounds.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with the analytical laboratory and other cross-functional departments.
- Work collaboratively in a team to drive chemistry projects forward.
Lab Practices & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Participate in SOP training and departmental training on a regular basis.
- Manage solvents, standards, reagents, and chemicals in the lab.
- Follow EHS and quality SOPs in day-to-day operations.
Drug Discovery & Development
- Deliver small to large quantities of novel chemical entities for drug discovery and development.
Experience Required:
