Qualification: PhD in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-step organic synthesis reactions.
- Develop Structure-Activity Relationship (SAR) understanding and medicinal chemistry knowledge.
- Develop and optimize synthetic routes for targeted compounds.
- Characterize organic molecules using spectroscopic techniques (NMR, IR, MS, etc.).
- Analyze and interpret research data, maintaining accurate laboratory records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on synthetic challenges.
