Position Details

• Designation: Associate Director, Project Management
• Location: Bengaluru, India
• Qualification: M.Sc, Ph.D., MBA, or PGDBM with PMP Certification
• Experience: 15–20 years of relevant experience managing complex projects in pharma/biotech

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all operations of the project management function at the site
• Provide end-to-end project management support for the Integrated Drug Discovery (IDD) portfolio
• Ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met with efficiency
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results aligned with business goals
