Job Responsibilities
Area Sales Manager (ASM) & District Manager (DM)
- Oversee sales operations and team management in the Indore Division.
- Develop strategies to expand market reach and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with farmers and partners.
Territory Manager (TM)
- Manage sales and support in assigned territories (Ujjain, Dewas, etc.).
- Promote microbial products and educate farmers on their benefits.
- Drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction in your region.
Qualifications and Experience
- ASM/DM: 8–10 years of experience in agricultural sales or management, with a B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture or MBA/ABM/PGDM.
- TM: 3–5 years of experience in sales or agriculture, with a B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture or MBA.
