Position: QBioprocess Officer / Executive
Qualifications Required:
- B.Sc. in Chemistry, or BE/B. Tech in Bio-Technology, Chemical, Instrumentation, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Establish production goals and coordinate effective plans to meet those objectives.
- Responsible for flask batch media preparation and sterilization.
- Handle fermenter operations, specifically up to 2KL fermenters.
- Manage fermentation-related activities, including CIP, ESIP, FSIP, batch inoculation, and monitoring batch parameters such as pH, air temperature, and DO2.
- Maintain documentation including Fermenter BMR and production record keeping.
Experience:
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in the industry.
Preferred Industries:
- Chemical, Fertilizers, Pesticides, Agro Chemical, FMCG
Key Skills:
- Fermentation, Upstream processes, Biotechnology.
- Knowledge of CIP, ESIP, Batch Processing, FSIP.
- Competence in batch inoculation, sterilization, media preparation, and record keeping.
- Familiar with BMR documentation, Autoclave, Centrifuge, Microbiology, and Reactors.
