Position Available:
QI Sr. Officer / Sr. Executive – Fermentation (R&D)
Qualifications Required:
- M.Sc., B. Tech., or M. Tech. in Microbiology, Bio-Technology, or Bio-Chemistry
Responsibilities:
- Establish goals for fermentation optimization of different microorganisms and coordinate a plan to meet those goals.
- Prepare and sterilize media for the fermenter.
- Handle fermenters up to 100 L.
- Manage fermenter-related activities, including CIP (Cleaning in Place), ESIP (Environmental/Sanitation in Place), FSIP (First Stage Inoculation Process), batch inoculation, and monitoring batch parameters (pH, Air Temperature, DO, etc.).
- Maintain documentation, including Fermenter BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and batch records.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience

- Chemical, Fertilizers, Pesticides, Agro Chemical, FMCG
