Position Details
- Role: QI Assistant Manager / Manager (Supply Chain Management / Dispatch)
- Location: Dhayari, Pune, Maharashtra
- Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate
- PGD/PGDM in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Experience: 5+ years in a relevant field
- Preferred Industries: Agriculture, FMCG, Fertilizer, Pesticide, Chemical Industry, Agri Biotech
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations from customer orders to stock level coordination.
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan supply against current orders and forecasts.
- Manage finished goods (FG) inventory, dispatch reports, bin cards, and stock across multiple godowns, with occasional visits as needed.
- Arrange backup transporters for domestic and international dispatches, handle transport agreements, container dispatch (export), and negotiations.
- Prepare dispatch records, obtain and compare transporter quotes, and coordinate payments.
- Collect logistics-related documents such as LR, invoices, and other operational items.
- Generate MIS reports, export documentation (e.g., invoicing, packing list, e-way bill), movement achievement reports, and physical stock reports.
