Role Overview
We’re hiring Executives and Assistant Managers for Production, HR, EHS, and Engineering & Utilities at our Vijayawada facility (HR in Hyderabad).
Production Department
- Designation: Executive (2 Positions, Male Only)
Responsibilities:
- Manage API manufacturing processes.
- Operate reactors and filtration systems.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA standards.
- Maintain production records and SOPs.
- Support process optimization and safety.
HR Department
- Designation: Assistant Manager (1 Position, Male Only, Hyderabad)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee lifecycle and payroll.
- Ensure statutory compliance and audits.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle IR and grievance resolution.
- Maintain HR records in SAP.
EHS Department
- Designation: Executive (1 Position, Male Only)
Responsibilities:
- Implement EHS policies and audits.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and training.
- Manage waste and environmental controls.
- Support USFDA compliance checks.
Engineering & Utilities
- Designation: Assistant Manager (1 Position, Male Only)
Responsibilities:
