The Role: A Bridge to Business Growth
The Tender Manager is a critical link between our high-quality products and key government institutions. You will be responsible for the entire tender lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to ensuring successful bid submissions and post-award management. Your meticulous work will directly contribute to our revenue and market presence.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:
- End-to-End Tender Management:Â Oversee the entire bidding process, including the meticulous preparation and submission of technical and price bids on government portals.
- Strategic Government Liaison:Â Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities. This includes pre-tender coordination, negotiating orders, and ensuring timely payment realization.
- Diligent Record-Keeping:Â Maintain a systematic and organized record of all pre- and post-tender documentation for audit and reference purposes.
- Proactive Opportunity Sourcing:Â Actively browse government portals (like GeM, e-procurement sites) to identify new tenders, handle registrations, and stay ahead of opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:Â A minimum of 4-5 years of direct, hands-on experience in government tender management.
- Education:Â A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Business, Commerce).
- Communication:Â Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency:Â Must be highly proficient in computer operations, including MS Office, and have a good typing speed for efficient document preparation.
