Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Line Clearance procedure is followed at various stages of manufacturing and packing.
- Coordinate with the area in charge to maintain housekeeping of the manufacturing area as per cGMP requirements.
- Ensure that products meet the specifications outlined in the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
- Report any unusual observations to the area supervisor or production manager.
- Ensure effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are implemented before proceeding to the next step.
- Monitor and ensure that environmental conditions in manufacturing, packaging, and storage areas are maintained according to guidelines.
- Ensure that all documents related to manufacturing and packing are filled online and updated regularly.
- Maintain proper reconciliation of products during the manufacturing and packing processes.
