Labcorp is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Reviewer I to join its team in Bengaluru. The role involves performing quality checks on clinical trial-related tasks, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Quality Reviewer I

Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2 years’ experience in quality review, medical technology, medical science, or clinical trial process (preferred)
- Strong understanding of SOPs and Work Instructions
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Windows)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- High degree of initiative and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks (QC) of assigned tasks
- Provide timely feedback to associates and managers
- Assist in preparing QC trend analysis reports
- Update and maintain escalation trackers
- Identify process gaps and suggest quality improvements
- Support preparation of CAPA for QC observations
- Ensure compliance with standard procedures
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
