Role and Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance Executive, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring drug safety by monitoring and analyzing adverse effects. Key responsibilities include:
- Literature Reviews: Conduct targeted literature reviews and data mining to identify potential safety signals.
- Adverse Reaction Screening: Screen adverse reactions using EudraVigilance Data Analysis System (EVDAS) and electronic Reaction Monitoring Reports (eRMR).
- Benefit-Risk Assessment: Evaluate benefit-risk profiles and recommend risk-minimization measures.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to validate findings and ensure compliance with global PV regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and contribute to safety reports per regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, BAMS, BHMS, or BDS from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Freshers (2023–2025 graduates); prior pharmacovigilance training or internships preferred.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance processes and tools (e.g., EudraVigilance, EVDAS, eRMR).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Note: Only immediate joiners are eligible. Candidates with PV certification or training have an advantage.
