Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to our clinical research projects, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Project Manager with day-to-day, study-related activities.
- Preparing and maintaining required clinical trial trackers for assigned projects.
- Ensuring the Trial Master File (TMF/E-TMF) and Site Master Files are updated throughout the study per the study plan and applicable SOPs.
- Processing the timely disbursal of Investigator payments based on invoices received from sites.
- Assisting with the tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries, and clinical data flow.
- Liaising with other functional groups and providing regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Acting as a central point of contact for the clinical team for project communications, correspondence, and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for candidates who are organized, proactive, and ready to learn.
Educational Qualification:
- A degree in M.Sc, M.Pharm, B.Pharm, BAMS, BHMS, Dentistry, or a similar medical science background.
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in clinical research. Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) is preferred but not mandatory for a strong candidate.
