Job Details

• Role: Research Scientist / Senior Research Scientist
• Domain: Analytical Science (CDMO) – Molecular Biology and Cell Line Development
• Location: Ahmedabad, India
• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Genetics, or Microbiology
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mammalian cell line development within biopharma, biotech, or contract research environments
• Additional Requirement: Experience in large-scale transient transfections

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cloning-related activities using advanced molecular biology techniques.
• Perform cell line development for biosimilars, including monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), bispecific antibodies, fusion proteins, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
• Manage vendor coordination to meet laboratory requirements.
• Oversee in-house inventory management for efficient operations.
• Plan, structure, and execute experiments, and analyze data to drive research outcomes.
