Experience
- 0-5 years (Freshers and experienced chemists)
Roles and Responsibilities
For Freshers
- Demonstrate knowledge of named reactions, reaction mechanisms, and functional group transformations.
- Understand stereochemistry and spectroscopy techniques (NMR, Mass, IR).
- Use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation.
- Communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
For Experienced Chemists (1-5 years)
- Meet all fresher responsibilities.
- Perform reproducible lab experiments with precision.
- Apply process development and optimization principles.
- Understand pilot and manufacturing operations/equipment.
- Exhibit expertise in organic synthesis.
- Compile experimental data, impurity profiles, and technical reports.
- Use literature search tools like SciFinder and Reaxys.
- Adhere to GxP and process safety principles.
