Key Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day production activities.
- Handle documentation: BPCRs, equipment logs, RM indents.
- Ensure timely production to meet dispatch schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of production areas.
- Adhere to cGMP, QMS, ISO9001, and ISO14001 standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, plant validations, and process improvements.
- Comply with environmental health & safety standards.
- Ensure effective on-job training as per schedule.
- Optimize yield, minimize resource consumption, and promote sustainability.
Skills Required
- Good understanding of API production.
- Familiarity with cGMP, QMS, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and planning skills.
- Knowledge of effluent treatment, equipment handling, and resource optimization.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Undergraduate: B.Sc in any specialization
- Postgraduate: M.Sc (Science) in any specialization
- Experience: 0-5 years
