Key Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Control (QC) Labs, ensuring technical excellence and GMP compliance
- Oversee testing for small molecule and peptide APIs per ICH guidelines
- Review and approve documents, including investigations, validations, and change controls
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to achieve quality objectives
- Support USFDA inspections and engage with external stakeholders
- Drive process optimization and technical projects to enhance efficiency
- Mentor QC staff, fostering innovation and accountability
- Influence site and network strategies through Lilly’s governance forums
- Support technology transfers with Lilly’s R&D teams
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or Engineering
- Experience: 10+ years in Quality Control leadership in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Skills: Expertise in cGMP, ICH Q7, and validation protocols
