HR Trainee / Officer

- Mehsana: Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Survey No. 410/1, Baliyasan, Mehsana-Ahmedabad Highway, Mehsana, Gujarat 382732
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in HR functions
- Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR) or equivalent degree in Human Resource Management
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Familiarity with joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS) for HR data and reporting
- Ability to handle generalist tasks, such as employee engagement, payroll support, and compliance
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR policies and labor laws (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and coordination with hiring managers
- Handle joining formalities, including offer letters, background checks, and onboarding
- Maintain HR MIS reports, such as headcount, attrition, and recruitment metrics
- Support generalist HR tasks, including employee queries, attendance, and policy implementation
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
