HR Trainee / Officer

  • Experience: 6 months to 3 years in HR functions
  • Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR) or equivalent degree in Human Resource Management

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Familiarity with joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS) for HR data and reporting
  • Ability to handle generalist tasks, such as employee engagement, payroll support, and compliance
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and labor laws (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and coordination with hiring managers
  • Handle joining formalities, including offer letters, background checks, and onboarding

  • Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
