Job Description
- Ensure timely and effective communication with senior management.
- Investigate data integrity issues, conduct impact assessments, and implement necessary CAPA.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, supervision, and motivation of personnel.
- Manage QMS System and ensure audit compliance.
- Handle critical Quality Assurance & Quality Control incidents, including Deviation, OOS, OOT, Change Requests, and GAP Analysis.
- Coordinate and ensure compliance in Internal and External Audits.
- Conduct training programs to develop Quality awareness among manufacturing personnel.
Leadership Qualities
- Strong leadership skills in motivation, organization, and mentoring.
- Strategic planning experience, including resource allocation and personnel management.
- Strong analytical skills to develop effective QC procedures and cost-effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and technical expertise.
Remediation Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Remediation Action Plans based on consultant recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with consultant findings and continuously improve investigation quality.
