Job Responsibilities
As a Manager – FSSC (Business Excellence), you will:
- Drive reporting and analytics for shared services, including operational metrics like SLAs and KPIs.
- Conduct process and transaction audits (e.g., expense audits, GL audits) to identify abnormalities and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify process transformation opportunities and lead end-to-end implementation.
- Leverage a strong understanding of accounting concepts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels to drive projects and initiatives.
- Utilize SAP hands-on experience (desirable) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively and articulate insights in a professional business environment.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Graduation in Accountancy or Chartered Accountancy (CA).
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in reporting, analytics, or auditing.
- Fresh CAs with prior auditing experience in the manufacturing domain during articleship are also welcome to apply.
- Skills:
- Sound knowledge of accounting concepts.
- Prior exposure to operational reporting (SLAs, KPIs) or audits (expense, GL) is an advantage.
- SAP experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
