Position: Quality Control Officer (Analyst Grade)
Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh
Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
MDI/DPI (Metered Dose Inhalers/Dry Powder Inhalers):
- Perform analysis and sampling of aerosol products (MDI) for in-process, finished products (FP), and stability studies (SS)
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, and routine QC instruments)
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical quality systems (QAMS)
- Support regulatory audits (USFDA, MHRA)
Nasal & Dermatological Formulations:
- Conduct analysis of nasal and derma formulations (in-process, FP, SS)
- Utilize HPLC, GC, and other QC instruments for testing
- Maintain QAMS and ensure cGMP compliance
- Document results and support regulatory inspections
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry)
- Experience: 2-7 years in pharmaceutical quality control
Skills:
- Hands-on expertise in HPLC, GC, and routine QC instruments
- Knowledge of MDI/DPI or nasal/derma formulation analysis
- Strong understanding of QAMS and cGMP guidelines
- Mandatory USFDA and MHRA regulatory exposure
Pre-Requisites:
- Minimum 60% marks in academics for candidates with less than 5 years of experience
- All previous relieving/experience letters mandatory
- Must not have interviewed at Lupin in the last 6 months
