Open Positions in Packing OSD Department
We are hiring for the following roles in our primary and secondary packing lines at our Pithampur facility. USFDA and MHRA regulatory exposure is mandatory for all positions. Candidates with less than 5 years of experience must have a minimum of 60% marks in their qualifications.
Operator – Primary Packing (Countec Bottle Line)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Qualification: ITI / B.Sc / Diploma
Responsibilities:
- Operate and troubleshoot Countec machines (Counting Machine, Rotary Capping Machine, Silica Inserter, Stabilox Inserter, Checkweigher, Metal Detector).
- Perform challenge tests and in-process checks.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP standards.
Operator – Secondary Packing (Countec Bottle Line)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Qualification: ITI / B.Sc / Diploma
Responsibilities:
- Operate and troubleshoot secondary packing machines (Labelling Machine, Induction Sealing Machine, Outserter Machine, Jekson Track & Trace Serialization).
- Conduct challenge tests and in-process checks.
- Adhere to cGMP and GDP guidelines.
Officer – Bottle Packing Line
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm
Responsibilities:
- Supervise primary and secondary Countec bottle packing lines.
- Perform challenge tests, in-process checks, and BPR filling.
- Handle reconciliation of packing materials and SAP transactions.
- Manage change parts and ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and Jekson Track & Trace systems.
Operator – Primary Packing (Blister Line)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Qualification: ITI / B.Sc / Diploma
Responsibilities:
- Operate and troubleshoot IMA-PG ExpressN Blister Packing Machine.
- Perform challenge tests and in-process checks.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP and GDP standards.
