Experience

• Production: 2–5 years in API manufacturing within a pharmaceutical or chemical plant.
• Finance: 3–6 years in financial operations specific to API pharma environments.
• Mechanical & Utility: 4–6 years in utility operations or maintenance in pharma/chemical API plants.
• Instrumentation: 3–5 years in instrumentation and calibration in API manufacturing settings.

Skills

Production:

• Expertise in adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meeting production targets.
• Ability to analyze and resolve process issues in API manufacturing.
• Proficiency in operating equipment like centrifuges and reactors.
• Knowledge of safety practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Finance:

• Strong skills in costing, Bill of Materials (BOM), product costing, and MIS reporting.
