Lupin Limited, a global pharmaceutical leader, is conducting a Virtual Walk-In Interview Drive for our HPD & OC Production (Hormonal Plant) facility. We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our team at our Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh location.

Virtual Interview Details

Open Positions in Production (Hormonal Plant)

We are hiring for multiple Officer and Operator level positions. All roles require hands-on experience and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Officer (Granulation)

• Qualification: B.Pharma
• Experience: 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Granulation Machines.

Officer (Compression)

• Qualification: B.Pharma
• Experience: 2 to 7 years with in-depth knowledge of Compression Machines, specifically Fette 3200i.

Operator (Compression)

• Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.Sc
• Experience: 2 to 7 years of pharmaceutical experience in operating Fette compression machines (preference for Fette 3200i model).

Operator (TRV / Flow Wrap)

• Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.Sc
• Experience: 2 to 7 years of experience in operating TRV machines (Turbo Rapid Variable Drive) from GEA and Flow Wrap machines.

Mandatory Pre-Requisites for All Candidates

Please ensure you meet all the following criteria before applying to be considered for an interview:

• Regulatory Exposure: Prior work experience in a USFDA & MHRA approved facility is mandatory.
• Academic Performance: A minimum of 60% aggregate marks in your highest qualification is required if your total experience is less than 5 years.
• Documentation: All previous relieving and experience letters are mandatory for verification.
• Interview History: You must not have been interviewed at Lupin in the last six months.
