Role Overview

We’re hiring Officers, Executives, and Sr. Executives for QA, QC, and Biosimilars Manufacturing at our Pune Biotech Division.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Positions: Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive

Responsibilities:

• Conduct IPQA and document reviews.
• Ensure GMP compliance.
• Manage QA-QMS and quality systems.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance.
• Handle deviation and CAPA processes.

Quality Control (QC)

• Positions: Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive

Responsibilities:

• Perform HPLC and electrophoresis analysis.
• Conduct microbiology testing and validation.
• Ensure compliance with GLP standards.
• Review analytical and stability data.
• Calibrate laboratory instruments.

Biosimilars Manufacturing

• Positions: Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive

Responsibilities:

• Operate chromatography systems (Downstream).
• Handle single-use/stainless-steel bioreactors (Upstream).
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards.
• Support biosimilars production processes.
• Maintain manufacturing records and SOPs.

Job Specifications

Detailed Qualifications

Candidates must hold a B.Sc, B.Pharm, B.Tech, M.Sc, or M.Pharm in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Chemistry from recognized institutions.

Required Skills for QA

• Expertise in IPQA and QMS processes.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in document review and audits.
• Strong deviation and CAPA skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Required Skills for QC
