Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for handling formulation development tasks, from literature search to batch manufacturing, and interacting with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess sound knowledge of various databases used in formulation development for Regulated Markets (ANDA).
- Conduct literature search relevant to formulation activities.
- Experience in selection of excipients, stability studies, pre-formulation studies, and batch manufacturing for oral dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, solutions, suspensions, and pellets.
- Experience with pallet work is a plus.
- Familiarity with BOM, MMF, BMR, COA, Development Reports, and RLD Characterization.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with various instruments used in routine lab batch preparation (e.g., RMG, FBD, FBP, compression machines, coating, capsule filling machines).
- Strong communication skills to coordinate and interact with cross-functional teams such as Analytical Development, QA, Purchase, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, Production, and other relevant departments.
