Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control – Microbiology (Trainee):
- Perform microbial limit tests (MLT), bacterial endotoxin tests (BET), and environmental monitoring (EM)
- Conduct sterility testing and media preparation under cGMP and GLP guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and support lab compliance with USFDA standards
- Purchase (Trainee):
- Assist in sourcing raw materials, APIs, and packaging materials
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement
- Maintain purchase records and comply with internal SOPs
- API Production – Training Coordinator:
- Support training programs for API production staff on process equipment and safety protocols
- Assist in developing SOPs for chemical synthesis and API/KSM production
- Monitor compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements during training
Desired Profile
- Fresh graduates with a passion for pharmaceuticals
- Minimum 60% marks in relevant academic qualifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Basic understanding of cGMP, regulatory compliance, or supply chain processes (preferred)
