We are hiring for the following roles in our Research & Development department (open to male candidates only):

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development activities, including synthesis, process optimization, and scale-up of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
- Perform analytical method development and validation to support R&D projects.
- Document experiments accurately per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards.
- Contribute to innovative solutions for drug development challenges.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong foundation in organic and analytical chemistry.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment like HPLC, GC, and UV spectroscopy (preferred for experienced candidates).
- Freshers with a keen interest in pharmaceutical R&D are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, USFDA) is a plus.
