R&D Department – Executive / Senior Executive
- Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry) / M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry)
- Experience: 0-8 years in API R&D (freshers with strong chemistry knowledge welcome)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process development for APIs, including route scouting and optimization
- Perform lab-scale synthesis, reaction monitoring, and impurity profiling
- Operate analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, NMR, IR) for in-process and final product analysis
