We’re looking for a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts in Southeast Asia, focusing on the formulations business.
Manager / Senior Manager – Business Development (South East Asia)
Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager
Location: Corporate Office, Vadodara, Gujarat
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or any Science stream (Management degree preferred)
Experience: 10+ years in business development, with at least 3 years in Southeast Asia markets
Job Criteria:
- Significant experience managing operations in SEA markets (Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Hong Kong).
- Proven ability to independently manage and travel across these regions.
- Strong understanding of B2B business dynamics and business contracts.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Fair knowledge of regulatory frameworks in SEA markets.
- In-depth understanding of SEA cultural, economic, and policy landscapes with established contacts.
- Exposure to B2C business is an advantage.
