Open Positions: Area Manager and Regional Manager

We’re hiring Area Managers (Individual Role) and Regional Managers (First Line Manager) for our Saviour Mankind (Critical Care Division) across multiple states.

Area Manager (Individual Role)

Lead sales efforts in critical care products, driving growth in assigned territories.

• Qualification: Science Graduate with strong communication skills
• Experience: 1-5 years in pharma sales
• Age: Below 30 years
• Locations:
  • Uttar Pradesh/Delhi NCR/Rajasthan: Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Bareilly, Udaipur
  • West Bengal/Bihar/Orissa: Patna, Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, Kolkata
  • Maharashtra/Madhya Pradesh: Mumbai, Kolhapur, Pune, Nagpur
  • Andhra Pradesh: Vijayawada
• Key Skills: Sales strategy, client relationship management, market analysis

Regional Manager (First Line Manager)

Oversee sales teams and drive regional performance in critical care.

• Qualification: Science Graduate
• Experience: 5-8 years in pharma sales, including 1-2 years as a first-line manager
• Age: Below 35 years
• Locations: Ghaziabad, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Pune, Indore
• Key Skills: Team leadership, sales planning, performance management, cGMP knowledge
