We are seeking dedicated candidates with experience in API manufacturing and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and compliance. Below are the details of the open positions:
1. Executive / Senior Executive – Production
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) / BE / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)
- Experience: 5-8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee equipment qualification and prepare related SOPs.
- Manage QAMS systems (CAPA, change control, etc.).
- Develop and execute production schedules, ensuring GMP, FDA, and local regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate material flow, address production issues, optimize costs, and prepare reports.
- Ensure online compliance, collect and execute BPR/BCR, and review for adequacy.
Work Location: Udaipur
2. Officer / Senior Officer – Engineering
- Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Experience: 1-5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve equipment failures/system inefficiencies in API plants.
- Perform preventive, general, and breakdown maintenance of utilities and plant equipment.
- Manage HVAC, Purified Water System, QAMS, DMS, and SAP for equipment PM activities.
- Prepare qualification protocols and reports (FAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) for utility equipment.
Work Location: Udaipur
3. Officer / Senior Officer – Production
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) / BE / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)
- Experience: 1-4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate process and test records per IMR to ensure GMP compliance.
- Follow Shift In-Charge instructions for manufacturing activities.
- Operate per batch records and SOPs, updating status boards.
- Identify and resolve production issues, suggesting improvements for efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Use PPE and handle material movement as directed.
Work Location: Udaipur
4. Operator / Senior Operator – Engineering
- Qualification: ITI (Fitter) / Diploma (Mechanical)
- Experience: 1-5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve equipment failures/system inefficiencies in API plants.
- Operate and maintain utility equipment (Brine Chillers, Vacuum Pumps, Hot Water Systems).
- Perform preventive, general, and breakdown maintenance.
- Manage HVAC, Purified Water System, QAMS, and SAP for PM activities.
- Prepare qualification protocols and reports (FAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).
Work Location: Udaipur
