Open Position: Client Onboarding Specialist
We are seeking candidates to join our team in Nagpur. Below are the details of the position:

Job Responsibilities
- Project Understanding: Gain in-depth knowledge of ERP project modules and their functionalities.
- Requirement Analysis: Analyze client requirements and gather relevant information for execution.
- Team Coordination: Communicate client requirements to the Project Manager and Development team for seamless implementation.
- Testing: Test the complete flow of modules, pages, and newly developed applications to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Project Implementation: Implement projects/modules at client sites and provide onsite support.
- Module Dependencies: Analyze module dependencies and take necessary steps for smooth implementation.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions for clients based on specific modules.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Reporting: Submit daily reports to the Project Manager and weekly reports to the head office and clients.
- Task Management: Take responsibility for project tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- Travel: Be prepared for travel as part of the job profile.
- Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with educational ERP or the education domain is an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: BE, MCA, MBA, B.Sc, or BCA.
- Experience: 0-3 years; freshers with strong aptitude are welcome.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Note: Candidates currently pursuing degrees need not apply.
