Available Positions
We are offering multiple roles in different departments for those with 2 to 7 years of experience. Here’s an overview of the positions open at our Baddi location:
1) QC – Micro (Executive)
Are you a seasoned professional in the quality control (QC) field? We are seeking an Executive with 5 to 7 years of experience in QC – Micro. This role is critical to ensuring that our products meet stringent quality standards. A background in microbiology and pharmaceutical quality control is essential for this position.
2) F&D Officer
Our Formulation and Development (F&D) department is searching for officers with 3 to 4 years of experience. Candidates must possess a B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or B.Tech qualification. This role involves researching and developing new formulations that align with Maxtar’s high standards of innovation and quality.
3) Production & Packing (Officer OSD)
For those experienced in production and packing, we have openings for officers with 2 to 4 years of experience in the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) form. You’ll be involved in managing production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in every step. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and advance your career.
4) Production Operator
We also have openings for Production Operators in the granulation and compression areas. Granulation operators with 5 to 6 years of experience and compression operators with 4 to 5 years of experience are highly encouraged to apply. In these roles, you’ll play a key part in the production of our pharmaceuticals, contributing to the company’s success.
5) Engineering – Water System Operator
The Engineering department is looking for a Water System Operator with 5 to 6 years of experience. This role requires expertise in maintaining and operating water systems, which are critical for ensuring the quality and consistency of pharmaceutical production.
