Open Position: Research Associate (Officer) – Analytical Development Lab

We are looking for a dedicated Research Associate to join our Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL). This role is critical for ensuring the highest standards of drug quality and compliance with stringent global regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Role Overview

The selected candidate will be instrumental in our analytical operations. You will execute Analytical Method Validation for both drug substances and finished products across various dosage forms. Your expertise will be vital in operating advanced instrumentation and ensuring all protocols meet necessary regulatory compliance standards for international markets.

Essential Qualifications and Required Experience

• Educational Background: A Master of Science (M.Sc.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) degree.
• Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical analytical lab.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.

Mandatory Technical Skill Set

Candidates must possess proven, hands-on experience with the following laboratory techniques and equipment:

• Chromatography: Advanced hands-on experience with HPLC (Chromeleon Software) and Gas Chromatography (GC).
• Dissolution Testing: Proficiency in conducting dissolution studies for solid and liquid dosage forms.
• Spectroscopy: Operational knowledge of UV-Vis Spectroscopy.
• Titration: Experience with Karl Fischer (KF) Autotitrator for water content determination.
• Method Validation: Expertise in executing full method validation protocols as per ICH guidelines.
