Job Description
Manager / Senior Manager – Quality Control
Qualifications
- M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- 14+ years of experience in Quality Control laboratories within the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience
- Extensive experience in managing QC laboratory operations.
- Proven track record in ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Familiarity with regulatory submissions and audits.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and QC processes.
- Expertise in GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Leadership skills to drive analyst training and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all Quality Control functions for the plant, ensuring adherence to GMP and GLP standards.
- Manage analytical operations, including method development, validation, and testing.
- Handle regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QC laboratory to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Lead analyst training, qualification programs, and performance monitoring to maintain high standards.
Executive Engineering
Qualifications
- B.E. or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) from a recognized institution.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical process engineering or utility/HVAC operations.
Experience
- Hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of process engineering systems or utility/HVAC systems.
- Exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing environments is preferred.
Skills
- Technical expertise in process engineering, utility systems, and HVAC maintenance.
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting operational issues.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in pharmaceutical facilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain process engineering systems or utility/HVAC systems to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Support engineering projects and contribute to operational efficiency improvements.
