Notes on Compensation

Cost to Company (CTC): Approximately Rs. 10.1 Lakhs per annum, calculated at the minimum basic pay, including:
- Basic Pay
- Dearness Allowance (DA)
- House Rent Allowance (HRA) (calculated at 27% for X-class city like Hyderabad; lower for Y or Z-class cities)
- Perks & Allowances (as applicable)
Exclusions from CTC:

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
- MBBS degree from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a recognized hospital or industrial medical setup.
- Preference may be given to candidates with experience in occupational health, emergency care, or industrial medicine.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 30 years for Unreserved (UR) category as on May 21, 2025.
- Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) as per Government of India norms.

Job Responsibilities

Provide medical care and emergency services to employees and their families at MIDHANI’s medical facility.
Manage occupational health programs, including health check-ups and workplace safety initiatives.
Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with statutory health regulations.
Coordinate with external hospitals for specialized treatments and referrals.
Support health awareness programs and first-aid training for employees.
Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory guidelines.
