Position: Call Handlers & Quality Reviewers
Experience: Freshers (0 – 0 years)
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D
Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad (Begumpet, Prakash Nagar)
Shift Timings: 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM (Nightshift)
Note: No cab facilities, no work-from-home or hybrid options available.
Language Requirements
- Mandatory Languages to be Known:
- Spanish
- German
- Dutch
Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities: Call Handlers
- Handle voicemails, inbound, and outbound calls for:
- Adverse Events (AEs)
- Product Complaints (PCs)
- Medical Inquiries (MIs)
- Non-standard inquiries
- Prepare source documents for the above.
- Manage reports related to Adverse Events, Product/Medical Device complaints, legal complaints, product information, medication errors, and special cases.
Secondary Responsibilities: Quality Reviewers
- Conduct quality reviews for all source documents prepared by MICC associates.
- Identify and document errors using the quality review tool daily.
- Maintain daily productivity and quality trackers.
