Job Description:
Role Overview: As an Executive / Senior Executive in API AR&D, you will be responsible for leading an analytical team involved in method development, transfer, and validation across various stages of drug development.
Key Responsibilities:

| Method Development and Validation | Lead method development, transfer, and validation for analytical methods as per internal and regulatory guidelines. Ensure protocols are followed meticulously for method validation. |
| Compliance and Quality Assurance | Maintain adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines throughout laboratory operations. |
| Technical Support and Documentation | Provide technical support related to R&D and contribute to the preparation of Drug Master Files (DMFs). |
| Resource Optimization | Optimize laboratory resources effectively during method development to meet drug development objectives at each stage. |
| Stakeholder Management | Ensure delivery timelines and maintain quality standards while managing customer relationships effectively. |
| Scientific Collaboration | Facilitate scientific discussions and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues. Communicate findings from stability studies effectively. |
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong expertise in HPLC, LCMS, GC, GCMS, UV-VIS Spectrometer, pH-Meter, Moisture Analyser, Karl Fischer titrator, and Micro-Weighter Balance.
- Experience in method validation and analytical method development within pharmaceutical or related industries.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to pharmaceutical analytical laboratories.
