Microbiology Injectables-Formulations

• Qualifications: B.Sc (Microbiology), M.Sc (Microbiology) (Freshers: 2023 & 2024 pass-outs)
• Skills: Environmental Monitoring (EM), Media Preparation, Microbial Limit Testing (MLT), Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET), Sterility Testing, Analytical QA Microbiology
• Experience: 0-10 Years

Production Injectables Formulations

• Qualifications:
  • Freshers: Diploma, B.Sc, B.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm (2023 & 2024 pass-outs)
  • Experienced: ITI, Diploma, B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm
• Skills: Lyophilization, Autoclave, Vial Filling & Sealing, Compounding, Pre-Filled Syringes (PFS), ALUS, Ophthalmic, Cartridge
• Experience: Freshers (2023 & 2024 pass-outs) / 2-10 Years

Production OSD Formulations

• Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm
• Skills: Blister CAM, Cartonator, BOS, BMAX, ELMAC, IMA PG, Packing (Primary, Secondary & Blister), Capsule Filling, Roll Compactor, Compression Operators (KORSCH, GEA, Fette, Bi-layer Tablet Making)
• Experience: 2-10 Years

Job Description

• Quality Control Formulations: Perform quality testing on formulations to ensure compliance with standards.
• Microbiology Injectables-Formulations: Conduct EM, media prep, MLT, BET, sterility testing, and analytical QA tasks.
• Production Injectables Formulations: Manage aseptic processes like lyophilization, vial filling/sealing, compounding, PFS, and ophthalmic production.
• Production OSD Formulations: Operate machinery for blister packing, capsule filling, and tablet compression (e.g., KORSCH, GEA, Fette), including primary and secondary packing.
