Roles: Primary Packing, Secondary Packing
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Pharmacy, M.Sc, M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 2–12 years
Key Skills:
- Primary Packing: Operation of Cam NMX, ACGB Max, BQS, IMA PG, Elmach, PharmaPack, CVC
- Secondary Packing: Operation of HI-Cart IC150C, CAM HV1, CVC IMA A300 Cartonator, Pharma Pack Labelling
Note: Experience in blister or bottle line operations preferred
Production OSD – Supervisors/Incharges
Roles: Packing Supervisors, QMS Supervisors
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Pharmacy, M.Sc, M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 2–12 years
Key Skills:
- Packing Supervisors: Supervise blister and bottle line operations
- QMS Supervisors: Handle deviations, change controls, market complaints, investigations, audit compliance, quality initiatives
Note: Strong regulatory knowledge (USFDA/MHRA) required
Production OSD – Manufacturing Operators
Roles: MFG Operators
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Pharmacy, M.Sc, M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 2–12 years
- Key Skills: Coating, granulation, compression, capsule filling, oral liquid, roll compactor, HAPA operator
- Note: OSD manufacturing experience essential
Requirements:
- Experience in OSD industry with regulatory exposure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
