Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control:
- Perform HPLC, GC, dissolution, and wet analysis for raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Conduct stability testing and manage LIMS data
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory standards
- Microbiology:
- Execute environmental monitoring (EM), media preparation, and BET
- Perform sterility testing and microbial limit tests (MLT)
- Maintain accurate documentation and aseptic lab practices
- Production (OSD):
- Operate equipment for granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling
- Manage blister packing, CAM, and cartonator operations
- Ensure QMS compliance and accurate documentation
- Production (Injectables):
- Handle vial washing, tunnel filling, autoclave, and aseptic processing
- Perform compounding, labelling, and vial filling/sealing
- Maintain QMS and regulatory documentation
