1. Technical Services – Technical Assistant/Executive
- Department: Technical Services
- Qualification: B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)
- Experience: 2-6 years
- Job Description:
- Troubleshoot issues for new and existing API products
- Implement solvent recovery improvement techniques
- Scale up new molecules from lab to commercial production
- Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Apply capacity enhancement techniques and select equipment for unit operations
- Key Skills:
- Expertise in API process optimization and scale-up
- Knowledge of CGMP and safety standards
- Proficiency in PFD/P&ID preparation

- Operate and maintain HVAC systems, cleanrooms, and purified water plants
- Perform preventive maintenance on reactors, ANFDs, centrifuges, and water systems
- Ensure equipment reliability and compliance with GMP
- Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with pharma equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC and water system operations
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Warehouse – API:

- Manage API raw material and finished goods inventory
- Support material dispensing and stock reconciliation
- Maintain warehouse records per Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
