Job Description
Executive / Senior Executive / Junior Manager – CQC Analytical Method Validation
- Qualifications: M.Sc. (Chemistry) / M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy
- Experience: 3–12 years in analytical method validation for drug substances (API)
- Vacancies: Multiple
- Location: MSN Laboratories, Unit-1, Plot No. 42, Anrich Industrial Estate, Rudraram, Sangareddy, Telangana – 502329
- Work Schedule: Rotational shifts (A, B, C)
Responsibilities
- Execute analytical method validation for drug substances (API) using HPLC, GC, and spectroscopic techniques, per regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate analytical method transfer activities for drug substances (API)
- Calibrate analytical instruments as per the master schedule
- Prepare and review analytical protocols and reports for method validation
- Handle laboratory investigations, including OOS, OOT, incidents, and deviations
Required Skills
- Expertise in HPLC, GC, and spectroscopic techniques for API analysis
- Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., USFDA)
- Experience in method validation, method transfer, and instrument calibration
- Proficiency in handling OOS, OOT, deviations, and investigations
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
