Open Roles and Responsibilities
We are hiring for the following positions in Technical Services – Hormonal Manufacturing (API):
Junior Manager (1 Position)
- Experience: 8–12 years in API manufacturing, focusing on hormonal products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead scale-up validations and process optimization for hormonal APIs.
- Enhance solvent recovery and implement new technologies.
- Oversee standalone capacity enhancement projects.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.
Executive/Sr. Executive (4 Positions)
- Experience: 3–6 years in API manufacturing, preferably in hormonal products.
Responsibilities:
- Support scale-up validations and solvent recovery initiatives.
- Assist in implementing new technologies for production efficiency.
- Maintain QMS documentation and ensure cleanroom standards.
- Conduct equipment qualification and process troubleshooting.
- Contribute to yield optimization and cost-saving measures.
Qualifications and Key Skills
To excel in these roles, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or related fields.
Experience:
- Junior Manager: 8–12 years in API/hormonal manufacturing.
- Executive/Sr. Executive: 3–6 years in API/hormonal manufacturing.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in scale-up validations and solvent recovery techniques.
- Knowledge of capacity enhancement and new technology implementation.
- Familiarity with cGMP, regulatory audits, and QMS documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
Preferred: Experience in hormonal API production and regulatory compliance (e.g., USFDA, EU GMP).
