Position Overview
We are hiring for various roles in the Formulation Analytical Research & Development (FAR&D) department at our MSN R&D Center in Pashamylaram, Hyderabad. If you have a background in M. Roles & Responsibilities
As part of the FAR&D team, you will be involved in key activities essential to the development and validation of pharmaceutical formulations. Below are the primary responsibilities associated with these roles:
1. Method Development and Validation
- Undertake method development, troubleshooting, and validation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ICH guidelines.
- Investigate non-conforming samples, perform Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and handle data evaluation and reporting.
2. Documentation and Compliance
- Draft and maintain cGMP quality documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), laboratory equipment procedures, and investigational protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
3. Analytical Techniques
- Operate and maintain various analytical instruments such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Dissolution testers, Karl Fischer (KF) titrators, and Ion Chromatography (IC) systems.
- Extract and prepare samples in various forms for analysis.
4. Communication and Team Collaboration
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for interacting with a diverse audience and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, contributing to the overall success of the project.

- Educational Background: A degree in M. Pharmacy, M.Sc, or B. Pharmacy.
- Experience: 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical formulation and analytical research.
